I called and spoke with them twice twice, they said they don’t have any receipt of the package and never scanned it. Of course, due to the age of the shipment, it can't be tracked online.

In this instance, the shipment left the warehouse back in March. I have to wait 15 days before I make a claim because “package has a problem” as a robot tells me.
